Privacy policy

This website is run by Melburn MOT Centre, Unit 16, Robert Leonard Industrial Estate, Stock Road, Southend-on-Sea SS2 5QD.

We only collect personal information you choose to give us — for example your name, phone number, email address and vehicle registration when you book an appointment or contact us. We use it to arrange and carry out the work you've asked for, and to contact you about it.

Online bookings are handled by our booking provider, who processes your details on our behalf. Their own privacy policy also applies.

We don't sell your information, and we keep it only as long as we need to for the work and our legal and accounting obligations.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details on this site.
